Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. To ensure your satisfaction, we have created the following Returns Policy to provide transparency and clarity regarding returns, refunds, and warranties.

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product and initiate a return and refund process.

If the product is not defective, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.


1. Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects

Customers have up to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to report any defects or damage caused during shipping or manufacturing.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify us as soon as possible—preferably at the time of delivery—so we can arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Important: To process a refund for defective or missing products, the customer must provide clear photos of:

The product

The packaging received

The shipping label (with visible tracking code)

The SKU label attached to the product or packaging


2. Returns Due to Change of Mind

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

To be eligible:

The product must be unused

It must be in the same condition as received

It must include the original packaging and all accessories

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


3. After the 14-Day Period

After 14 calendar days from delivery, refund requests for change of mind or withdrawal will no longer be accepted.

However, the product will remain covered under warranty for manufacturing defects or technical issues, but not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.


4. Refund Process

Refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

A refund will only be approved if the product is in perfect condition, as originally shipped.

If the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing components, the refund will be denied.

We do not provide return shipping labels

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our service center and covering the return costs

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the product condition has been verified


5. Warranty

For defective products reported after the return period has expired, the warranty policy will apply.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, and solutions may include:
